| Ian Freeman is our most famous MMA fighter
and Britain’s leading UFC veteran, with a devastating win over UFC
Heavyweight champion Frank Mir on his impressive fight CV. Building
on his reputation, Ian has made a successful transition into the entertainment
world, working on prime time shows ‘Britain’s Hardest’ and ‘Celebrity
Wrestling’ and now providing the in-depth technical analysis for ‘Cage
Rage’ on Men and Motors. Those that know Ian will tell you that he
is also an incredibly funny man, with a well-received stand-up routine. |

| Working on Sucker Punch with
actors like Gordon Alexander and Danny John Jules has been a great
experience for me. Not only is Gordon a great actor, but he is fantastic
fighter too. Danny is so funny in this movie and you never know what
he was going to do next. Laugh a minute with some real class action. |

| The best thing Ian did was convince me
to cast him as Maitland, as he brings a natural sense of power and
authority to the role. Although he is now a television veteran, this
is his first acting role and he has risen to the challenge and given
us a truly memorable villain. He learns very quickly and was soon
making astute observations about his character and I firmly believe
that this film will be a springboard to greater things for him. Those
that simply think of Ian as a great fighter will be shocked at his
screen presence and acting ability and those of us working with him
can vouch for his wicked sense of humour. |
